A somewhat unusual question this time…as the title says, are here any existing audio recordings of Hitler when he’s NOT shouting at the top of his lungs?

Recordings exist, I’ve heard him discussing tactics and more general chit chat.
I think some were recorded secretly.

There are quite a few sound clips available at earthstation1.com. I can’t listen to them at work (even if I had speakers people would get the wrong idea), but perhaps he isn’t screaming in all of them.
The potions you hear where he’s screaming tend to get the most play because they’re the most dramatic. He definitely didn’t scream all the time in speeches, though; he varied his pitch and tonality. He would start quietly, gradually work up into a frenzy, come back down a little, work up into a greater frenzy, and so on, etc. Shirer describes him as an electrifying speaker, although it in no way lessened his loathing of the man.
