Are there any foods, or supplements that have similar effects to beta blockers?

Are there any foods or supplements that have the opposite effect? I am interested because I have often suffered from panic attacks. Most of the research seems to indicate that some people such as myself are genetically predisposed to having them. Since you get a good shot of adrenalin every time you have an attack I don’t want to eat or take anything to exacerbate the problem and if there are commonly eaten foods that could help have the opposite effect then it might be wise for me to alter my diet to include them.

I have a drug regimen that more or less works for me that has been prescribed by my physician but I don’t want to work against it with my diet and would like to help it if I could.
