Sure, Taal Volcano in the Philippines. The volcano forms an island which sits in the middle of a lake formed out of a large volcanic caldera. On the island itself is another lake. So the whole thing is a lake on a volcano in a lake on a volcano.
In Minnesota, Star island which is in Cass lake has a lake called Lake Windigo. The Cass Lake chamber of commerce website claims that it is the only one in the Northern Hemisphere. But, if I recall, This was created by damming up the Mississippi.
Manitoulin Island in Lake Huron has several sizeable lakes.

I remember that one from elementary school, and believe me, that was a long time ago.
What’s more, at least one of those lakes has an island in it (scroll down to “Trivia”.) So that’s an island in a lake on an island in a lake.
Ryan Island in Siskiwit Lake, on Isle Royale is the largest island in the largest lake in on the largest island in the largest freshwater lake in the world.

Lake Manitou is, in fact, the world’s largest lake-in-a-lake (as Manitoulin Island is the largest lake island).

Chambers Island in Green Bay (Lake Michigan) has two lakes - Mud Lake and Mackaysee Lake - the latter has an island in it.
