Are there 'general studies' degrees for vocational school?

There are vocational degrees in electronics, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC technology, appliance repair, automotive repair, etc. These usually take 6-24 months to complete at vocational school and give you good abilities in that one subject. However is there such a thing as a ‘general maintenance’ degree that gives an intermediate knowledge of all the subjects you’d need to be a handyman? Like instead of spending 12 months to become a really qualified automotive technician in 12 months you just become a semi good plumber, carpenter, HVAC tech, appliance repairman, etc. and gain the same kinds of skills a maintanence technician at an apartment complex would have? A general studies degree from vocational school degree type of thing, do these exist or would a person need to pick and choose classes and do independent learning to gain all these abilities?

General maintenance programs at vocational schools are going to be very hard to find. Our Vo-Tech center had a Building Maintenance program that lasted only 1 year. The fact of the matter was that there was very little interest in the program.
