I never hear anything about the other parties regarding the debates. If they do debate, who would they debate with? Are they televised? Or broadcast on radio? I think it’d be kinda interesting hearing Harry Browne and Nader go at it.
No debate, I think they just bitch about not being allowed to play in the big boys’ sandbox.
I thought I saw a forum of some of the other parties’ candidates on C-SPAN. It’s hard for them to have a debate because their viewpoints are so divergent.
Do you really want to find out how Ralph Nader differs from Pat Buchanan? Or Harry Browne and John Hagelin?
You would be better served reading up on the other candidates on their websites and in the scant news coverage they receive.
The other canidates don’t “just bitch” about not getting to debate… they SHOULD have the right to debate. Just because they don’t have their noses (and other things) shoved up corporate asses, doesn’t mean that they aren’t appropriate canidates for president. Infact, some, like Nader, actually have the balls to care about the REAL issues that are effecting our country.
And to respond to the BOB T-- I can how Nader differs from Buchanan, but more importantly, I care how the other canidates differ from our two “main” choices.
