The Psalmist says in psalm 81 or 82 depending on which Bible you use; “I said you are gods and sons of god”, Jesus backs this up in John 10, and speaks of the writings of the psalms as “Your Law” no mention of God’s Law or My father’s law. He is quoted as saying ." Scripture is good for teaching".
I’m not familiar with that particular text. Which version of the Bible does it come in?
Wait, this Yahweh cat is running around yanking clothes off a woman and showing her nakedness, and she is the evil one?
Welcome to the deep end, and enjoy your swim. If you scroll down about 2/3 of the way down under the heading “Jesus not even the proper translation into Latin” you will find
, Nahum being a book in the Jewish Bible.
Nachumyah = Nehemiah.
Huh, I thought it was another english spelling of the Hebrew name. Interesting. Even weirder, but interesting.
Simster makes a very good point here. Just about every religion teaches at great length why all of the other religions are wrong and their followers are doomed.

That is not true any more, only the most fundamental religions teach that now.
There are many loving dedicated people who go to church and help others.
There is no justification in attacking others. Two wrongs don’t make a right.
The more one loves the happier he will become. Love heals.
While the sun shines make your hay -
Where a will is, there’s a way -
Beard the lion in his lair -
None but the brave deserve the fair!
Nothing venture, nothing win -
Blood is thick, but water’s thin -
In for a penny, in for a pound -
It’s Love that makes the world go round!

How many Christian churches do you know of that do not teach that Wiccans and other Pagans are evil and bound for hell? How many Islamic temples teach that Jews are good people?

Everyone has the right to be wrong
To read a different page
To sing a different song
So before you attempt to correct another
Check to see if you are
Truer than your brother
Then skip this correction of another
For everyone has the right to be wrong
The fires of hell have gone out,
smothered by the grace of a loving God,
quenched by the tears of His forgiveness.
Only the void is left, shadowy darkness,
a place of black silence, nothingness.
If you find yourself in the darkness,
cry out for help, ask for the light,
and your plea will be quickly answered.

Only if you are laughing with others not at them.

Not true, sir. Not true.
First hand experience here. A plea for help is often simply ignored by an impersonal universe.
God may have talked to you, but he gave me the cold shoulder.
I will not call you a liar… But what you say is, in at least one instance, absolutely not true.
I asked you earlier not to link to this site so often. Since I can’t tell what it has to do with the post you are responding to, I’m going to say it again: don’t link to that site unless it is 100% appropriate to the discussion.

Would like to know if ours reads the same.
thanks
Okie

You know, how about posting the answer - or an excerpt - or your best understanding of the answer and then post a link as a cite/reference - that way you’ve actually contributed a response AND you’ve backed it up with where you got said answer.
Otherwise - you’re not even really trying.
