He’s had eight warnings since 2009.
Most recent one was here, where he admits he broke the rules on purpose.
After that one, he failed to listen to mod instruction on top of it, which could have given him his 9th warning, but I instead chose to suspend.
ETA: Actually, I have decided to give him a warning for ignoring mod instructions after all.
