Why does spinning a space station create artificial gravity?
If so, it’s a staff report, rather than a column by Cecil.
We screwed up. The Staff Report cited by Ice Wolf was posted over a year ago, but an administrative goof (I raise my hand as the cause) caused it to recycle, so that Ed reposted the same (well, virtually) report and listed it in the e-mail. We dropped that and put out the report on microwaves in ovens and cellphones instead.
