The new Google image search (that can actually search for an image uploaded) is the best thing to ever happen to me. It sure kicks the shit out of TinEye.

What kayaker said. You always want to go as narrow as possible. I don’t know what browser you’re using but on chrome, if I right click on a link such as the one in kayaker’s OP, I can select “Open image in new tab” and that’s the URL that I would want to use. It should end in a picture format, I suspect, such as .jpg, .gif, .png, or .bmp. I think those are the formats that GIS can read.
