Why would that mean he’s doing it wrong? Of course there are distractions when you are learning. Every guided meditation I have mentions that you need to accept thoughts like boredom and that there’s no such thing as a bad meditation. They say you can’t actually control your mind, and that you must accept everything without struggling.
