Ask the E3 guy

So how nerfed were the booth babes? I heard that they’d been asked by The Powers That Be to cover up, which they did, but not by much.

Not very. Skin-tight clothing versus nude.

Our booth (Atlus) had our ladies in Nurse outfits to coincide with Trauma Center: Second Opinion.

Probably not. We’ll pick a degree of “swoopiness” that strikes a nice balance between looking good and feeling tight and tune to that. But that’s how all games are. Naughty Dog doesn’t give you sliders to tweak Jak’s turning speed.

I’m not a good person to ask. One, I work for Sony so I have a vested interest in saying that the PS3 kicks the 360’s ass. But also I hardly saw anything at the show this year besides Warhawk. My walk around time was limited to an hour Friday morning. I didn’t even spend much time with any of the other PS3 titles even though they were only twenty feet from where I was stationed.

I did play Loco Roco one day before the show started. THAT’S the game I’m most excited about.

Fair enough. There is a slashdot article about this topic by the way. Here is the link in case you feel like chiming in:

Did you get a chance to look at the Sims 2: Pets (surely a working title) demo? If so, did the dogs appear to be of different sizes? All the dogs and cats in Sims: Unleashed were the same size…at least the photos from E3 that I’ve seen so far indicate dogs are bigger than cats. It’s hard to make dog-to-dog comparisons from photos and 30 seconds worth of movie, though.

No. I don’t really like Sims games.
