Any way to bypass the automatic widening of the row height when I type text up to the righthand edge of the column? That is, if the column is 10 digits wide and I enter 10 digits or letters, the height of the row is automatically increased by one line (vertical) width, to two, with the bottom half being empty.

I can change it back manually to one line height by clicking on the bottom of the line in the left column and move it up manually, and I know I can widen the column width, but many are one sheet wide and I like to keep them on one sheet width. Any solution?

Does anyone have Access experience? i have some questions.
