Ask the... what the heck am I, anyway?

WARNING WARNING BANDWAGON ALERT

So I’m a 19-year-old spikey-haired college guy who has constant girl trouble (see previous pit rant). I work as a low-level manager in a drugstore and am studying political science in hopes of going to law school. I’m also obsessed with Greco-Roman wrestling and really wish ska music would make a comeback.

So go ahead. Ask. Though I’m not sure about WHAT

Real ska, like the Skatalites? Like the early Kingston bands? Yeah, me too. I got the CDs, though. I think Taj Mahal could play Desmond Dekker or Don Drummond in a movie about those days. That might do it.

Would you fries with that Big Mac?..
Well, you said I could ask.

Are there political science majors who don’t hope to go to law school? If so, why did I never meet more than one or two?

(I’m not discounting the fact that there are other valid career paths for a political science student besides law school. Instead, I’m saying that I have met very few who are looking towards a career which doesn’t include law school.)

that most political science people end up getting jobs teaching it in high school and or college ?

JillGat: Of course, I got my start with the Bosstones and the scene bands, but as I move further along I’m definitely liking the older stuff a lot more. Got any recommendations for me?

Shera: Onion rings, please. And a frozen coke.

lel, nightshadea: I actually know a lot of PoliSci majors at my university who are planning to teach history and are using it as a double major. That said, the vast, vast majority do plan to go to law school. I have, actually, considered teaching PoliSci at the college level or history at the high school level, in case it turns out that I hate this whole law business.

favorite kool-aid flavor?

Lime. Also my favorite jello shot flavor.

Eew Lime? What about good old fashioned Cherry? Now that’s good Kool Aid!
