Yes, an average of 2-3% a year, I think to keep pace with inflation.

So you’re doing essentially the same job, for the same real salary. Why should you get a raise on top of that? Not trying to be snarky, but you’d need to present strong reasons why your job and value to the company are higher than when you started and were offered the salary you are at.
