is it possible to configure an ati tv wonder ve capture card to work as a webcam in windows 98se of you hook a video camera up to it?
well I’ll tell you now that it’s POSSIBLE, but wether or not theres any software out there that’ll do it for you… I got no clue.

All you have to do to find out is to load the webcam software and see if the capture card shows up as a video source. My experience is that they usually do. If yours doesn’t, you can try a handy little application called Softcam that will probably solve the problem.
