Well, if I was going to take a Wild Assed Guess (just in case no one who actually understands horse racing wanders by), I would guess the the numbers indicate
Starts - Wins - Places - Shows.
E.g., 7-0-0-1 would indicate 7 races with a single third place finish.
The “Starts” set on the left would indicate the number of career starts for the horse. The “Trk/Dst” set on the right would indicate the same figures, limited to the local area. (I have no idea why Track and District would be lumped together.)
