I’ve been shopping around for surround sound speakers and came across the brand Paradigm. Can anyone tell me anything about the quality of these speakers? Thanks.

I can give you the perspective of someone who had to try to sell speakers that weren’t Paradigm. I worked for a couple of high end electronic places. After people had heard the Paradigm speakers, everything I showed them in the general price range didn’t hold a candle in their opinion. Needless to say it frustrated me to no end.
This having been said, the most important thing to consider when buying speakers or any equipment that is for your listening enjoyment, is to buy what sounds good to your ears, not the saleman’s. I had a hundred “tricks of the trade” I could use to sell you on a particular brand (usually the high end one with the best commission).
They are nice speakers and I have heard nothing except enthusiasm for them. (Salesman hat off)
I’m a big Paradigm fan. From their cheapest to most expensive speakers, they are always at or near the top of the field. I think they represent excellent value.
