If you payed attention to the moderation in the pit, you would know that the mod only enforces that rule for those exact words. Variations only means that cunt and cuntlicker are both bad, for example.
An abbreviation does not actually contain the insult, and will most likely not be moderated. The fact that you do not know this is further indication that you are not qualified for your self-appointed role as Pit cop.

Actually, IME, you will get called out for any attempt to skirt the rules like this. I’ve seen people get told to cut it out for doing something like “you’re such a [redacted due to Pit rules],” because clearly the only word that fits there and isn’t allowed is “cunt.” So, telling someone to eat a bag of dicks, even in initialism form, still isn’t kosher.

You say in your #2 that you have good reasons to not install updates, but in your first paragraph you seem to be railing against people who don’t promote herd immunity to viruses by not installing them. You need to communicate more clearly.
Another problem is that Microsoft harrasses me to install not just critical updates that will prevent some Russian hacker from using Minesweeper to empty my checking account, which I’m happy to do, but also to install 3-D Silverturds and Windows Live Bloatware and two dozen of their other half-ass attempts to unseat Google, which I don’t need and don’t feel like clogging up my goddamned hard drive with, even after I click “No” and “Don’t ask me again” and “Get it through your thick fucking skull that I’m not interested and never, ever will be, you blackhearted bastards.”
