Ripley says it to Newt, just before Newt is carried off to the Queen.

It sounds like it might be a reference to Alien Resurrection where one of the Xenomorphs appears to be having sex with Ripley (so deeply disturbing, although still less disturbing than the weird arse white Alien at the end somehow)?
From the sounds of it there are quite a few call outs to the original movies.

[spoiler]At one point, the Aliens make their way through a hospital and get into the maternity ward where there are a bunch of VERY preggo women waiting to give birth. One of the Aliens, I think the main bad-ass Predator x Alien hybrid jumps on top of a pregnant woman and does the skull punch with its secondary jaw. Except instead of skull punching her it jams it down her throat and starts pumping eggs down her throat. Predictably, it doesn’t take long before she gives [del]birth[/del] burst to a litter of chest bursters.
We’ve never seen one do that before, but then this is a Predator hybrid plus there’s no queen around, so who knows all the different ways Aliens can quickly reproduce.[/spoiler]

Just got back from it. It was OK. Not great but it was decent. WAY too may fast cuts during the battles. It gave me a headache. I want them to do an AvP movie with NO humans. AT ALL. Or at worst, space marines from Aliens. They were badass. All these fucking jerkoffs that have been in the last 2 movies have sucked and bored me to death.
Any way, can someone clear up the ending for me please (Big Spoiler) Who is Ms. Untania? I know that name from one of the movies but I can’t remember where I heard it.
It’s a reference to the Weyland-Yutani company, often referred to simply as “the Company” which sent Ripley to the first planet infested with Aliens and also responsible for sending her back in the sequel Aliens.
How did the Army know what was happening so fast :dubious: ? I looked like less than 2 days passed between the crash and the town being nuked. The military would certainly have noticed the crash (yet they didn’t send anyone out to invesitgate). And who was “Colonel” Stevens working for? He was wearing a business suit, not a military uniform? Has Weyland-Yutani already gotten powerful enough to control the military? How are going to coverup nuking the town? Would a reacter meltdown really look like a nuclear warhead going off?
At this point in the timeline, Weyland and Yutani are still two separate companies and the only people to know about Aliens/Predators are the government (see the end of Predator 2). Personally, I think Colonel Stevens was military, but his services were also purchased by Ms. Yutani, who probably learned of the Aliens/Predators by spending some of her considerable wealth. The soldiers at the end were probably mercenaries employed by Yutani but who answered to Stevens in the field.
Eh…it was ok. Nothing to write home about. For what it was I thought it held up ok. I agree with the “WTF” moment in the maternity ward. That didn’t make any sense to me at all. I also thought the “Predator” was a pretty lousy hunter. I’m not sure how they ever beat the aliens on a regular basis. Of course from what we’ve seen even in flashbacks, they regularly lost.
Don’t know what the purpose of the human story line was. Heck the hot chick didn’t even get naked. Just a scene in a bathing suit tight enough to let us know her personal grooming habits. There were way too many little side plots in the human side. The ex-con home from prison, the ex-bad boy now reformed and the town sherrif, the brother left-behind pining away for the hot girl, the jock boyfriend and his buddies intent on an ass-kicking, the female soilder home from war, the estranged daughter that didn’t know how to react to her mom being home…hell, I think there are even a few I forgot.
