Lalo Alcarez, a sort of editorial/alt. hybrid cartoonist, mentioned Aztlan in an interview with Ted Rall in the book Attitude: The New Subversive Political Cartoonists. It seems to be a sort of wistful, “Wouldn’t it be cool” homeland for those of Mexican heritage. I’ve never heard of it in the context of an active conspiracy.
Salvador’s writing style seems familiar.
There was a poster a year or so ago who joined, was banned, joined again and was banned and both times he used names based on Central American gods. He talked a lot about Aztlan too. Could he be back?

You sure paint with a broad brush. So, because a couple of nutcases amongst an ethnic group might be anti-semitic, that means all of them are? So, because many of the white supremisist groups are anti-semitic, that means all white people are anti-semitic too, ehe? In my experience ‘Mexican’ (a derogatory term by which I assume you mean either ‘hispanic’ or ‘latino’ but are too stupid to understand the distinction) are no more or less anti-semitic than any other people. I can’t for the life of me even see the rational as to why ‘Mexicans’ WOULD be more prone to anti-semitism for that matter…how often do ‘Mexicans’ and Jews come into contact after all, and what would be the point of contention? Cruz Bustamante was in the movement for awhile. 
Bustamante was (and still is as far as I know) in MEChA, which is not anti-Semitic and not the same as this “Voz de Aztlán”. MECHa is basically a typical radical-chic 1970’s campus talking board - not a group capable of genuine guerilla insurgency.
Anyway so what, Bustamante is a political hack. There are Irish-Americans in congress who have played footsy with the IRA over the years, which is far worse. Anyway, people who use the term Aztlán are not always radicals. There is in fact a historical region of Aztlán which was the semi-mythical point of origin of the “Aztecs”. Most serious historians of Mexican history, including those in Mexico, place it in the states of Sonora, Sinaloa, and Nayarit - not in Dallas and East Los Angeles.
In the 1960s, some Mexican Americans started to use Aztlán to refer to the “southwest”, the point being that while many people saw Mexicans as foreigners in the United States - many Mexicans have ancestors who were on this continent for quite a while, and there were indeed Mexican people in parts of the United States for hundreds of years. Anyway, a this came out at a time when white and black radicals were creating all sorts of utopian movements as well.
Instead of no-name groups like “Voz de Aztlán”, which looks like the work of a complete amateur - why not cite real incidences of crazed Mexicans killing Jews and burning synagogues. Its not like there aren’t Jews in Los Angeles, Dallas, or Denver for them to target right? Miami is full of Jews and Cubans. There must be some stories from there if you are in the least correct. At least there has to be some story of hate mail or bomb threats by if your idea that Mexicans or Hispanics are rabid Jew-haters is correct. If there was a genuine story, then there would be an issue to “debate”. If not, then hit the road.
I think everyone is missing the truly important questions about this issue.
What will it cost to enjoy a day at Aztlan?

Well, I don’t see any reason to not allow jews into an area. However, I don’t support the jews right to anything as being jews. I’m not a part of their tribe really. I will support the jews right to Israel if they can hold it with a complete pullout of American support. Might makes right. After all they’re just another tribe, and Aztlan is just another tribe, may the best tribe win. Though I like how he claims that Aztlan is gonna use the Palestinian tactics, because it has worked SO well for the Palestinians thus far. I don’t think America is gonna last long enough for this movement to be all that relevant.
