See here. I believe this town has received passing mention in previous threads, but I just came across this website. Seems a fascinating place. The town borders the Netherlands, and its unique history means there are Dutch pockets throughout. You literally pass in and out of the two countries simply by strolling around, and your baby can be Dutch or Belgian depending on which room in a building it’s born in!
