Their links and ribs are also incredible but you should call ahead if you want ribs, he makes what he thinks will sell and he won’t let them sit for hours, he is true the craft

'Cause I’d love to try it. I still haven’t found the perfect ribs (or rib tips). Hecky’s is pretty darn close though. (Thank God I found something other than Merle’s!)
