Baby food and blandness

Back in my practicing-pharmacist days, whatever format the catalog came in would have flavors like strawberry, cherry, chocolate, vanilla, tuna, liver, roast beef, etc. The latter was intended for veterinary compounding, where we would take “people drugs” and make them into a dosage form appealing to animals.

Yeah same here, though we were definitely recommended to moving to a low/zero salt diet when we did that.

As I understand its not like its salt is a deadly poison for infants, but the tolerances are way lower than you want to be messing around with (as in the amount more than the recommended amount before it can potentially cause renal failure) but again, I’m not a doctor.
