Whacked my elbow on the door facing. Screamed a tiny bit.
Can’t figure out why my elbow was flying fast and loose going thru a door.
I swear it is worse than usual. (Ivy sez, “Girl, pah-leese!”)
It’s still tingling. Happened awhile ago.
I think it’s bruised. Maybe swollen.
(Hypochodria peeking its ugly head up)
Ow-weeeeeee!
Hypochondria only thinks it’s ugly.
Maybe it is when you are older?
I haven’t whacked my funny bone in ages. I imagine if I did it would somehow be worse today.
A few weeks ago I stubbed my toe. Also something I have not done in ages but this time it REALLY hurt (to be fair, it always really hurts but this seemed more somehow).
Maybe it is we just forget how much it sucks when it happens.
Of course, if there is swelling put ice on it and if it persists go see a doctor. An aspirin or Tylenol or Advil might help if there is some pain.

Thx. Got an ice pack on it.
You’re right tho’.
We feel it more when we age.
I’m a whiny baby, anywhoo. I’m getting worse.
I think it is a worry that when we age we wonder what pain will linger.
When I was young getting hurt wasn’t such a big deal. Yeah it hurt and sucked but you healed and went on with life.
Now that I am older every time I hurt myself I wonder if it will be added to a growing list of things that never seem to quite get better (I was riding an e-board a couple years ago, fell and wrenched my shoulder…it is mostly better but there is still a persistent ache now that never goes away).
