Bad Things that've happend to BAD people.

Inspired by a recent news item, about a thief who stole a Salvation Army kettle, fled into the street…and was hit by a car.

Does anyone else have any other such uplifting stories of “karmic reallignment”? It can be historical, a recent news item, or even a personal recollection.

Only rule, it can’t be something that you’ve done to a “bad person.”

Some #%(#% that used to give my mom a lot of trouble at work because of her bad back (this was before mom had surgery) and got mom fired because of it. Six months later she came down with the exact same back problem (herniated disc).

A 33 million dollar Powerball ticket was sold at a convenience store near where I grew up. The guy that owned the store, pretty wealthy, didn’t share his cut with ANY of the customers, not even the one who sold the ticket. He got financially nailed in his divorce a couple of years later.

Hate that for 'em.

Should hit preview. I meant the guy didn’t share his cut with any of his employees, not even the one who sold the ticket to the winner.

This guy got himself a karmic bitchslap.

A guy who fucked over me at work (really big-time fucking) accidentally shot himself last week. He’s ok though, recovering nicely and I didn’t really get any pleasure out of it.

I said it on another thread: there was someone I worked with that would constantly give me a hard time, and I hated him for it. He was the personal secretary to the owner and an Asshole. I swear that there was just something about his face that said “Punch Me”, but somehow I resisted.

One day the FBI arrested him and served a warrant on his cubicle and his company car. As I understand it, he was charged (& later convicted ) of kidnapping a 10 year old boy & holding him prisoner in an apartment in Philadelphia. It was implied that there was rape and sexual assault involved. It took an amazing amount of self control (and the urging of several friends) not to find his prison mailing address and ship him a jar of vaseline with ground-up glass in it…

I used to work in a bar with this girl who was a bully. She was always trying to intimidate me, and got in the way of me doing my job. She would get in fights all the time, and was generally an obnoxious bitch. She made my work life hell for a year or so, then…

One night I came in and someone told me she had gotten in a car accident and broke her leg. She was off work for six months, which was like a dream come true.

It sounds terrible, but she was really mean to me.

Doesn’t sound terrible to me, sounds great. I mean, you didn’t push her in front of a car did you? I wish that prick I was talking about would have shot himself while in the middle of screwing me, I could have really used the laugh back then.

Well, let’s see…

There’s a certain right-wing freakazoid radio talk show host who refers to the poor, drug users, and anyone he generally doesn’t like as “human debris”, and screens out calls from people who disagree with him, turning his show into a gigantic “dittofest”…

Who suffered major hearing loss over the past year…

which, it turns out, was brought on by his long-term abuse of oxycontin.

He doesn’t seemed to have learned his lesson, though.

In grade school, I was bullied horribly by a big, Scut Farkas-like guy (I’m a girl). Many years later, I learned that he was a passenger aboard a commercial jet which crashed near San Diego, killing everyone on board. I felt horrible for all the other passengers, but shamefully gleeful at the news that he was dead. Horrible, ain’t it?

Why just this morning on Good Morning America there was a high school teacher going through a nasty divorce. She was in class teaching when the guy showed up during class! with a knife. The students were shocked the woman equally shocked, he lunged for her, before realizing she was teaching English to the majority of the High School Varsity Football team.

They ALL tackled him and threw him to the ground…police got there to a man on the floor, succumb to 8 large teenage foot ball players pinning him on the ground! dumbass!

Several years ago, my car broke down a couple hundred miles from home. It’s a looooong story, but the upshot is that a service station guy royally screwed me over and pretty much ruined Christmas for my whole family.

A few months later, I happened to be making the same trip. The service station in question had burned down.

In Brampton (near Toronto), this article tells of a man who robbed a taxi driver at gun point, and then accidentally shot and killed himself while trying to get away.

When I was a freshman in high school I had a senior tormentor. He was a pretty big guy (probably outweighed me by about 50 pounds or so), naturally a football player, and a member of the cool kids clique. Anyways, our relationship started on about the third day of school when he walked past me and so eloquently asked:

“Where’d you get those pants faggot? (I was wearing a pair of cargo pants which I guess were fairly uncommon in 1985).”

I quickly replied “Throw me a dime you fat fuck and I’ll tell you.”

At this point our relationship quickly deteriorated and for the rest of the year it was quite bad. I was faster and had a much quicker wit (which amused his friends to no end) but he was bigger and stronger. He pummeled me pretty good a couple of times and once twisted my nipples until they started bleeding through my shirt. In any case, I really hated the guy.

I saw him about 4 years ago at a Burger King in my hometown. It was strange because I recognized him immediately and felt that old fear start to creep up, even though he had no idea who I was. He was wearing some kind of service uniform and when he left I saw that he worked for a septic service. I’m sure that plenty of really nice people work for septic companies and they perform a useful and necessary service. However, I find some small measure of satisfaction knowing that this guy deals with other people’s shit all day long.

I use to work with a guy who was one of life’s biggest pais in the ass. Even his friends didn’t like him. He was very mean and petty.

When he had to be operated on for hemmaroids, the jokes wrote themselves.

A friend of mine in college had a big crush on this frat guy who often insulted her to her face, once pushed a full garbage bin up against her dorm room door, and at one point led her on and used her in a really slimey way.

One day he partied too hard and fell out of a third-storey window. Unfortunately, he just broke a leg or two.

When I was a freshman in high school, a fellow classmate used to pick on me to no end. Admittedly, I kind of brought it on myself complaining to my friend about how she was always putting her feet on the back of my chair and that it pissed me off and she read the note while I was writing it, but the abuse she put me through was totally out of proportion.

Well, my senior year I become friendly with a girl who used to be very good friends with her. It turns out the girl who picked on me was now being insulted and picked on by others in our class.

Payback’s a bitch, ain’t it?

One time I got jumped by seven guys in front of my house.

One guy died in a car accident when he fell asleep at the wheel.

Another died when his friend, who was also one of the seven, tried to take a turn at 100 MPH. They went completely through a garage and hit a house about 5 feet up on the wall. The guy who died was decapitated, the other one was severely incapacitated and is now working at the local movie theater.

Three other guys got sent up the river for drug dealing and possession.

Only one guy got away, and he joined the Army. Who knows what heppened to him after that.

What’s the moral of this story? Fuck with me, and even if I don’t beat the living shit out of you, you’ll get yours in the end.

And people say there’s no such thing as karma…
