Speaking as a lurker who thought I might have something to contribute to this post as both a former server and a frequent eater, I have to say that the loud woman over there is disturbing the ambience to the extent that my fine dining experience requires at least several more free refills before I can recover my composure. And I don’t care if it’s bar brand gin, just keep those refills coming. Don’t make me WASTE MY TIME…

A thyroid storm can be fatal if not brought under control. She has been hammering on this one thing all day long. That sounds like a pyschosis to me and it is one of the symptoms. It just hit me 10 minutes ago and i have been trying to ask her but i think se;s blocking me. Somebody else please just post to her

In particular note the sixth item down:

guests should not have to ask for refills of water or ice tea, bread & butter.
I only spent 5 minutes finding this info–there were several books that you can order that I am quite sure will also indicate this is accepted industry practice.
So you are proven wrong once again–why isn’t that surprising? Perhaps you might want to educate yourself a little on this subject before you dig deeper?
