Bakeless Blueberry Pie?

One of the things I like to do with my students is make food. The only rule is it can’t be any thing that uses an oven (baked). Microwave is ok, but not ovens. Using the oven would mean anything “we” bake I would have to take home and bake myself and bring the next morning and they’ll have forgotten about it. They want to make blue berry pie. Is there any no bake/microwave verisons of blue berry pie?

Several times I’ve had a very good huckleberry pie where the huckleberries were uncooked and unbaked. You could probably do the same with blueberries. However, the pie crust was baked beforehand so that probably wouldn’t qualify unless you bought a pre-baked pie crust shell.

No baking required, though it does say to refrigerate overnight. It would probably be okay to eat directly, though, if you chill the blueberry filling ahead of time.

As long as you don’t need a top crust you can pre-bake the bottom, or even use a grahm cracker crust.

I might do the do the graham cracker crust.
