I was going to post Hempstead, probably one of the biggest towns that many people have never heard of, since I was there a few days ago, but @Intergalactic_Gladiator beat me to it. Babylon isn’t too far from it. Both towns are on Long Island, where the only interstate is I-495.

I’m sorry to be a nitpicker about rules but neither Hempstead, NY nor Babylon, NY qualify. Hempstead is only a town and not an incorporated city. However, the Village of Hempstead does have a population of 55,113 and would count. Babylon is likewise only a town and not an incorporated city and the Village of Babylon only has a population of 12,188.
