As a fan of the movie Smokey and the Bandit and as a recent transplant to NE Texas, I just found a loophole that the Burdette’s didn’t think of. Bandit and Snowman could have used this route.
Saves me a lot of time and gas. I was going to use my leave to do what they say can’t be done with 4 cases of Coors.

And the double-or-nothing mentions neither amount nor method of delivery, so they could just drive to an airport, fly to Boston, pick up a couple cans of chowder, and fly back.
Hijack. That reminds me of the end of Bandit, he is going to Boston and back to Atlanta in 18 hours. Is that really possible? How far is Boston from Atlanta 1000 or so miles. Round trip 2000 miles in 18 hours, that is average of 111 MPH!
