The other night I was at the gm lifting, and I heard this song on their music system. It was hard as hell to make out, and the only things I could recall of it were that the singers voice seemed to sound a lot like the lead singer of Sum 41, and that it was a melancholy modern rock song that had an undistorted electric guitar progression to it…I tried to make out some of the lyrics, and the only phrases I thought I could here were “gone too far” and “died in vain”. I’ve run lyric searches on sites like Leo’s, but as of yet, to no avail. I’m hell bent on finding this song, and my next move is to look up bands that have that sound and cruise through their songs on Yahoo Music Service, of which I’m a subscriber.
So can anyone point out any other band that have a lead singer similar in voice to Sum 41???
