OK, I started seeing the ads yesterday (along with most everyone else), but I’m not getting them at all this morning. The only change that’s been made on my end was a Firefox upgrade from 2.0.0.9 to 2.0.0.10, some time yesterday afternoon. Did that perchance do it for me, or have the ads been turned off for members again?

The ads are still here, I just verified. Be happy that your upgrade is blocking them for now.
Count me in as another one who feels the ads are intrusive, ugly, and annoying, and I feel cheated. That’s not what I paid for.
The mods aren’t to blame, but I feel it is unreasonable that Jerry won’t answer the legitimate question who made this decision, and where we can direct our complains.

Direct them to your nearest wall and you’ll get the same response with less effort. TPTB don’t care what **we ** pay for, only that the board pays for itself and then some. Guess it’s off to Wiki’s *Village Pump * for me.
