You’ve disabled me in your preferences. You need to allow new user onboarding tips to interact with me.
So when disabled, it remains ever as annoying, but it loses anything resembling a useful function.
That was a good design choice.
That’s new. . . When I had inadvertently disabled discobot, it simply didn’t respond to my callouts at all.
