I just realized that Martin Luther King Day is on January 19th next year, and that Obama will be sworn in as president the day after that.
This is amazing.
We as a people have, for once, stood up and took action for what was right. We’ve put into practice what we knew in our hearts. We looked past color and saw the man for who, not what, he was.
