You will notice he’s trying to savage my thumb in that last photo.
Already he thirsts for blood.
[costanza]It’s all pipes![/c]
I did notice that. ![]()
He looks like a panda kitteh. I bow to his cuteness (and I’m not even a kitteh person).
That is one seriously adorable little kitty. Good for you and yours for taking care of him. Please keep us updated with pics as he grows–he’s gonna be a beauty.
that is a seriously cute kitten.
when i rescued a wee kitten ( a few days old) it took a few days for pooing to happen. she spent a day or two at the vets for observation. no poop. then upon the 5th day… there was poop… at midnight. she was known as the midnight pooper for a bit.
her first litter box was the tray from stouffer’s mac and cheese. she took to it like a champ.
Unleashing weapons-grade cute on an unsuspecting Dope.
My rescue kitten took 5 days to poop, and when he finally did it was massive, stinky, and inside my shirt where I was wearing him while trying to keep him warm - he was very young, starved and sick at the time. Now he is in his young-adult asshole stage, which I suppose is an improvement. Got better, anyway.
He’s got POINTS! I bet he turns out to have blue eyes.
Are you turning him on his back to feed him? If you are, flip him back over. Feeding while on the back is a recipe for aspirating milk, and you don’t want that to happen. If you’ve ever watched a kitten cam, you’ll note that all kittens feed while lying on their stomach.
Thanks for the tip, Morgyn. Guess I should stop flipping him over when I feed him.
I’m waiting at the vet right now. Kitty’s got a lot of crud in his eyes and a very snotty nose. Poor little guy sneezes up milk from his nose when I try to feed him. (Does this in whatever position I feed him.) Right now he’s more of a Marquis Snotty de Booger.
Thanks **Rocking Chair **and Mrs. Cake for sharing your kitty poop tales. Rocking Chair’s sounds almost biblical.

Oh. My. Goodness. That’s some CUTESY ball of fluffy Siamese there. Here’s hoping the poops get regular! Congratulations on your new companion! =^.^=
He looks like a Spike to me. But he is one cute guy. Thank you for rescuing him.
If you want him to be a cuddler as an adult, cuddle him lots now.
it was biblical after a bit. the poor girl ended up with tummy troubles.
there was a mighty effluvium upon the house , it peeleth the paint and stripeth the paper of the wall.
it looks like you have a chocolate siamese there. hope all goes well at the vet. i’m sure the wee one will be a big hit at the office.
I’m glad to hear things are looking better. And Fluffy is a great name. The cat I had growing up was named Fluffy and she was the best cat I ever had. (I got her for my birthday when I was 6 and she lived to be 16. I still miss her.)
Seriously adorable kitty there.
Holy fuck dude, you gotta warn us before you hit us with the cute turned up to 11 like that. I have appliances that squeed when I clicked that link.
Snotty Mc Fluffy has an upper respiratory tract infection, which the vet said is a pretty common thing.
Because he’s too small for injections or oral medicine, he’s been getting vapor inhalation treatment for the past couple of days.
I’ve got to take him back again on Monday night after I get back from work.
Poor little guy didn’t drink much today, but the vet said he’s looking better than he did on Saturday.
One or two more treatments should be enough.
PS.
Just got done reading Sleestak’s tribute to his cat in this thread.
Brought tears to my eyes.
It’s a great example of just how much pets can bring into our lives.
I’ve long resisted getting a pet because I thought family took more than enough time and effort as it was.
But at this point in my life, I think I probably need something to share affection with that doesn’t also carry a whole lot of emotional baggage.
This little ball of fluff might well be a blessing in a snotty disguise.
You know, I don’t often laugh out loud when reading the Dope, but that did it! I’m just glad I wasn’t drinking anything when I read that. ![]()
Not Carlson, glad to hear little Sir Snotty McPoopypants is doing well. Please post more pics for us to squee over when you get a chance!
Are they putting a little mask on him? You must get a picture of this.![]()
Baron Poopy Von Poop… Marquis Snotty de Booger… these are seriously fun names. I’m gonna have to ask you to contribute to my growing kitty name jar for the expected new kitten coming to my house later this fall/winter.
That is one seriously cute fluffy little guy you have there! Good job to your daughter for bringing him home. I’d love to see more pics as he grows - he’s going to be a real stunner as he gets older, the way he looks now.
I second this!
