I have a question about baseball:
When the pitcher winds up and delivers his pitch, invariably, his foot leaves the rubber before he releases the pitch. Is this one of those rules that is always broken, but never called? Like, you must keep dribbling the ball in basketball to keep from having a traveling violation called on you, unless you are driving for the goal, in which case, there are some arbitrary number of steps you can take without needing to keep the ball bouncing.
