Baseball uniforms book

God this is going to be SUPER lame.

ANYWAY, a few years back I was ina B. Dalton and I saw a book that had the various uniforms that all of the major league teams had worn through the years. I didn’t buy it, and now I haven’t been able to find the damn thing, even though I’ve searched on a couple of used book sites.

Anyone out there run into a book like this?

I remember it too - and stared at it for who knows how long in the remainder section (because I was broke), and sadly, stupidly never bought it. & now, I’m still too broke to get a copy.

Thanks a bunch. Tomorrow I’m gonna look on some used book sites and see if I can get it a wee bit cheaper.

I didn;t mind paying $120 for a hardcover of The Complete Beatles Recording Sessions but $300+ for a book of baseball uniforms is more then a little siily.:smack: :smack:

I have that book in hardcover, and…wow. SPECTACULAR book. Such a great browsing book. It comes HIGHLY recommended.

I have a soft cover version which was about 1/10th of the used price at Amazon. Mine’s for computer baseball games which allow uniforms to be recreated; for example, in Front Page Sports: Baseball Pro) I was able to give the 1915 Tigers an approximation of their road beige.
