There’s a Dodge Minivan (guessing about 1995ish-2000ish) outside of my apartment here. For some reason, the alarm has been going off every two minutes for two minutes straight. It’s below freezing out and the lights and horns are both going off. So far we’re looking at 3 hours of this and I’m wondering how much more of this joy will I get to endure (contingent on the owner not returning).
You could always call the local police station (not 911). They might be able to help.
