I’m not sure what “generate a beat with” means, but if you mean resonate at the same frequency, then no. Alpha waves are 8-12 Hz. Humans can hear down to about 20 Hz. I doubt they’re putting things we can’t hear on CDs. Oh but rap is apparently bad so it must be a conspiracy, I’ll bet.
Chicken/egg. Anyone who likes rap doesn’t have many brain cells to begin with.
