I’m three blocks away from you, and the building has been shaking with thunder and there’s been torrential downpour … it slowed down a few hours ago, but with the way my day is going, expect the floods to come just as it’s time for me to go home.

I was outside for about ten minutes, walking to the streetcar stop.
Five minutes in, the skies opened, and there was an audible gasp as everyone ran towards shelter.
