It actually was interesting. I got a new marinade recipe out of it.
I’ve had it. We called it beer-butt chicken. Cooked on a BBQ grill. It’s very good, nice and moist.

I had beer-butt chicken just this past Friday. It was phenomenal. The party theme was “Goofy Hat Night” and I wore my Keilloresque red wooly hat with the earflaps. It works well in Minnesota, but in South Texas in May, it’s VERY goofy. I kinda looked like a lumberjack

I posted the Beer Butt Bird recipe…but the SD is so damn slow (even for this time of night) I can’t find it…
