first, my thanks to Jill Gat and to DirtyEarthworm for acknowledging my new entry into this “room” …I’ve been looking at all this from afar-Cabo san Lucas, Mexico- and want to say that yes, Mexico produces some great Ice Cream too! The local parlor- is a classic architectural type- circa: 1972 mas o menos- it has the coolest neon sign in front up high: “Bing” in script, pink in color, against a white ceramic tile brick store front…Arte Deco Mexicano- can you dig it?
