If you believed the politicians, EVERY election in Pakistan’s history has been rigged. Its a way of saving face in front of the country. If that politician wins, then they won despite the rigging and if they lost, it was because of the rigging.
On the other hand, the ISI could very well be working covertly for some rigging at least. I think the foreign observers (if there are any) would be the best judges of that.
