Does A Few Good Men really count or should it be kept to movies where some sort of major conflict is in progress which provides the back drop to the story being told . The list could get quite long if you include any movie with people in uniform .

(I quite like those movies but maybe stretching the definition of military movies)

My attitude toward this listing process is that if you think of it as a “war movie” or whatever synonym that conjures up for you, then go for it. If it gets votes, so much the better. At the very least it might trigger somebody else to think of yet another good War Movie.
