So, ‘round this time of year I hear a lot of Der Bingle. Not just White Christmas, or even the duet with David Bowie, but various other holiday songs. Heck, as I type this his version of “Faith of Our Fathers” just came on the ol’ iPod.
I don’t know much of his non-holiday stuff, and I’d like to learn. I like his version of “Brother Can You Spare a Dime”, but I’m not sure I’ve heard much else. Is there a good one-volume introduction to his music that anyone could recommend?
