i’m off to army basic 20091006 and wan to take some calling cards with me. where can i get good calling card that doesn’t screw me in the fine print?

(Is it just for domestic long distance? Are you going to be stationed overseas and calling back home to the US? Or?)
domestic only from pay phones. i’m going to basic at fort benning and will be calling home.
I used to get relatively cheap ones from Costco. But I haven’t used one in years.
i don’t belong to Costco, but i do belong to BJ’s. anyone know if BJ’s sells them?

And I have no idea why, but I thought you meant a social calling card, such as you’d present to the butler to give to the lady of the house. I was really wondering why you’d need one in basic training.
That’s what I was thinking – “How could a calling card screw you in the fine print? Esp. if you were the one handing them out?”
It also took me a minute to figure out that “20091006” wasn’t Martian code but a date.
