Best DVD player software?

I was having big problems with my old software, Cinemaster, and it seems the company was sold or went out of business or something. So I d/l’d WinDVD trial version and it seems to work, but before I buy does anyone have any good or bad experiences with it? Or suggest any better software?

Maybe this should be in IMHO…move it if you want, Manhattan.

What type of computer? WHat type of dvd drive?

Windows 98, p2, gateway 450 & a Toshiba DVD drive. I went ahead and bought the WinDVD software, I was impatient :).
