Hi, there, I am not to sure if this is the right forum for the topic, if not, mods can move it.
I am looking to purchase a e-mail address, but not one that is connected to an ISP. I do not need to purchase any type of dial-in service etc, I have access already, and most e-mail addresses I have found you can only purchase when purchasing an ISP package. These places don’t seem to sell e-mail addresses alone. (Plus I don’t want to pay like $20 a month just for e-mail).
Does anybody know of any good, reliable places to purchase an e-mail address? I am sick of the free stuff like Yahoo! or Hotmail, and I think it is time to purchase my own.
Any ideas?
I’m gonna move this over to IMHO, but to answer your question (maybe), most of the freebie e-mail providers offer some sort of “premium” package for a fee. Have you looked at any of those?

Fine then. You do it Cajun Man
I have actually looked into most of the common ‘premium’ upgrades of free e-mail accounts, and they still tend to be spammed alot with junk e-mail (the filters still suck) and the only think they really offer compared to the free e-mail addresses is a bigger inbox storage space. So my want is, if I am going to be paying this money, I want to have a proper e-mail address and not a freebie plus one.
I’ve been using Mailsnare for about a year and half. It has been very reliable and is inexpensive. Highly recommended.
Thanks, mailsnare does seem to be the type of e-mail right up my alley, though I am still curious about any other brands.
anyone?
