For picking up an entire bar? It’d have to be “Grazing in the Grass” by Friends of Distinction. The song contains a subliminal message - which is repeated thirty times - consisting of a voice whispering “everybody here needs to fuck me.” I played it once on the jukebox at the Crazy Horse, and the next morning I woke up in a wood-paneled, green-carpeted rec room, surrounded by nude bodies.

Thanks! I have more, but didn’t want to overdo it. If I’m making jukebox selections, I try to think of good songs that people may have forgotten. I’m a wannabe DJ, but just don’t have the time or work ethic. So I’m relegated to jukebox selections, which are generally limited. The Simian Mobile Disco song was one I discovered while surfing my digital TV music channels and was lucky to find on the jukebox at my regular after-work bar.
