The Dead Parrot, hands down. It is after all, the source of the one and only quote MPFC has in Bartlett’s Familiar Quotations. The one ending on “this is a dead parrot!” of course.
I voted for the Fresh Fruit sketch, but really it’s a tie between Fresh Fruit, the Argument Clinic, the Hungarian Phrasebook, and the Funniest Joke in the World.

I also am fond of the “Fish License” bit, and in fact taught it to my cousin when he was about 6 years old. We now spend much of Thanksgiving dinner giggling at each other, wondering when someone is going to bust out with “How did you know my name is Eric?” or “I AM NOT A LOONEY!”
