best office copier to buy?

I haven’t been around for awhile, but as I recall this is the place for a question like this…I have done some web searches but have not gotten enough info, especially from other users. I have looked for user forums and message boards, but haven’t found that much. Maybe someone just needs to point me the right way on the web – I have checked “What’sthebestcopier.com” as well as Consumer Reports and BuyerZone…still need more actual user feedback. Consumer Reports mostly seemed to deal with smaller (consumer-oriented) copiers.

Anyway, our small office needs a new copier – we could buy digital or analog, depending on what looks like a better deal - for our needs, I don’t think digital necessarily is preferable. I suspect we will spend between $1,500 and $4,000. We do a moderate amount of copying (1500 copies per month?), and the copier needs to sort, collate, & do double-sided copies. We do not need to be able to print to the copier, fax from it, or use it for graphics.

Does anyone have feedback on good or bad office copiers? Thanks so much for any advice.
